We bought our ritello 3 months and have been using it regularly for cleaning. It has been a very good experience in using the ritello for past few months. It has 4 different suction powers and being a water based vacuum it enhances the versatility of machine as it can be used for multiple purposes as well as hassle free maintenance like changing the vacuum bags is an added plus. In terms of suction, we are very much satisfied as we see very good cleaning of our fabric sofa and rugs. The powerbrush is also very efficient cleaning our mattress and also removes the accumulated small dust particles and dust mites and other dints. Also, the 7 meter retractable wire is long enough to move the machine around quite easily without unplugging. All the additional attachments are really very useful in cleaning unreachable areas like under the sofa. tv consoles etc. The hair brush attachment is also useful in cleaning ceiling fans, paintings and other fragile/delicate materials. One another important features of the machine is air purifier functionality. The air purification is at par with our Dyson air purifier and also by adding oil based fragrance to the water gives us a very good purified air with nice aroma. In addition to this, the aqua mop (added attachments) is a fantastic additional tool that is really helpful for through cleaning of our different floor surfaces. Since we can add any floor cleaning detergents of our choice it is very convenient and extremely useful to achieve thorough cleaning. This tool has completely replaced our floor mops. We are also satisfied with the customer service offered here at Singapore. The request and response is very prompt however please note that you need to wait a bit longer time for some additional attachments purchase or replacements (if any) as they are shipped from Switzerland to Singapore. Overall, though the cost of the machine is on the higher end, we are very much satisfied for owning this product because of its efficiency, ease of use and multiple functionalities combined into one.

We bought R2 Renaissance Ritello around 8 months ago and have been using it frequently both as a vacuum cleaner and air purifier. This is an excellent easy-to-use product with a water-based filtration system that works very well for cleaning all surfaces, mattresses, curtains, and tight areas. It uses water to trap the dust and dirt very effectively. The suction power is perfect. We use it more often as an air purifier which provides great aroma using available Ritello fragrances. I am thankful to Satish and Karthik from Amhome who gave us excellent sales and customer service experience.
